I would like to be able to set a delivery appointment after the deal has been closed. Customers come back often for a second or third delivery and I would like to be able to use the calendar function to plan out my days properly.

I WANT TO MAKE APPOINTMENTS WITHOUT AN OPEN DEAL

We often have occasion for appointments with existing customers for whom there is not an open deal. Without the ability to create them, we have to manage them with an additional tool, and it creates opportunities to double book or even fail the customer. Please advise me on how to do this if able. If not, please fix this massive fail. Thanks!

Need ability to mark all Appointment Types as a show

We NEED the ability to set a Delivery appt on sold/delivered deal AFTER it is sold/delivered in DriveCentric. Quite often the Delivery appointment is set a few days later; and as the system is now we can only do that by creating a new deal. Thx!

Ability to check customers into store when they arrive for general/delivery appointments

Matt Molinari
Once finance signs the customer and it gets pushed over to drive centric the deal is marked as sold and closed immediately. If the customer doesn't take delivery of the vehicle immediately or needs work done on their vehicle and the sales person sets a "general" or "delivery" appointment they cant check the customer into the store when they arrive because the deal has already been marked sold. Can that be changed so the sales people can get credit for their appointments showing up? At the moment all of those appointments are marked as "no show"

Hey Matt Molinari, thanks for your feedback! I have a few more questions for you:
- Can you provide more details on how you envision the process of checking customers into the store when they arrive for general/delivery appointments?
- What kind of information would you like to capture when a customer is checked into the store for these appointments?
- How would you like the system to handle situations where a customer doesn't show up for their appointment?

Hello Tre' Vega! I have a few more questions for you:
- Can you provide more details on the current process of creating an appointment and how it is linked to creating a new deal?
- What specific features or functionalities would you like to see in the appointment creation process that doesn't involve creating a new deal?
- Can you share any specific scenarios or use-cases where the ability to create appointments without creating a new deal would be beneficial?

Being able to check in customer for General Appointment
Alex Bojorquez
So just for some insight, our brand has a unique program called The Love Encore Delivery. It is a second delivery after purchase with an in-depth overview of the vehicles technology and capabilities. It is a key metric for the brand and the customers love it.
Being able to track appointments is very important for follow up for this key metric.
I understand not being able to make & check in a sales appt without an open deal. But requiring an open deal for a General appt makes no sense.

Hello Alex Bojorquez! I have a few more questions for you:
- Can you provide more details on the specific information you would like to track for these General Appointments?
- What is the current process for tracking these appointments and how could it be improved?
- How would you like the system to behave when a General Appointment is created without an open deal?

One hundred percent agreed! Especially these days that a lot of vehicles are sold "on paper" (incoming) and are marked as SOLD, and the deal closed...
