Ability to create a separate work plan for personal tasks

I've noticed that sometimes my workplan gets cluttered by tasks the system assigns me. I would like the ability to create my own workplan separate from the automatic system one, with my own tasks for a day, so that I'm able to organize by priority. The system is good, but it's been very frustrating having to keep track of everything in a separate client. Sometimes the system wants me to call or email someone I emailed less than a day before, or who I have a scheduled call with, etc. It's hard for me to organize 300 tasks every day and I need to be able to organize them in my own way. If we can have our own to-do list instead of making tasks and them getting drowned in systemic tasks in the big workplan that would be great.
