It would be nice to lower the quality so it doesn't take as long to upload videos through the app. Whenever I shoot a video on my Surface it uploads almost instantly. It really slows down the process having to wait for your previous upload to go through when you're trying pump out a bunch of videos.

Agreed that we should have a setting to lower video resolution to 1080p or so to allow more successful uploads. With extremely high video resolutions on the latest phones, we're having numerous upload failures.

We also cannot see the customer's name or vehicle information anymore as the video field is too large on the screen. It makes it more difficult to not be able to see that information.
