Adding a Comments/ notes feature in the desking tab - that way if another desk manager works the deal they can see what the previous managers thoughts were or direction they were going. Highlight it so it doesn't get missed

We would like to have the ability to add manager specific notes within the desking tool. These would be compliance notes about how the deal was desked and rates used to desk. We would need these notes to be confidential and not shared in the normal customer card.

It would be nice to add customer facing or dealer facing notes on the desking quote. Customer facing for we owes for instance or comments like offer ends 8/31/2024! Or dealer facing notes to help us remember what we were doing on a certain deal.

It would help with compliance if we have a Notes section we could type in notes on the desk/quote sheet. I would like the notes just for internal review not for guest view. Can we make that happen?
