A way to filter your workplan by hot customers vs. standard Follow up

It would be cool if there was a way to filter the workplan to have the customers that are "Hot Shoppers" they are immediately placed at the top of the workplan vs being placed in the workplan options!

All incoming leads from days 1-7 (Unless actively working a deal then past 7) I will use the flame to notate them as "Hot Shoppers" by their name and it will show that in my workplan! However, it would be cool if there was a way to place those customers up at the top of my workplan!

- How do you currently identify or categorize 'Hot Shoppers' in your system?
- What criteria or attributes should be used to determine if a customer is a 'Hot Shopper'?
- How frequently do you need to update or change the status of a customer from 'standard' to 'Hot Shopper'?
