If I were to search "newport" it would show me both leads from events in newport as well as anytime that word shows up in conversation. This way I can easily locate old leads and circle back about new events or things like that. Having no way to search through conversations is difficult to locate people.

Shelby Parker Prioritize results that exactly match my search and then show results that are slightly varied from search.
I would use this feature constantly. But most typically when I don't have any new leads and want to circle back on old or dead leads that may want to know about new incentives, events, inventory, etc...
I wouldn't necessarily want any filters or sorting options besides avenue of messaging. Could sort via emails, texts, call logs, etc...
