Create a new tab that you are able to move leads to that are custom orders by giving it a special status (like snooze). Then when Ford Direct puts in updates, it would send a notification to us so we can keep out orders organized and up to date (when VIN is attached, when build week is assigned, when specific date is assigned and when the ETA is). This way, it takes the lead out of our normal pipeline and we don't have to snooze and forget about it/not get the notifications for it while keeping our orders organized in one place
