Ella or Genius should have a "just selling option". Currently the system only communicates with a client as if the client is Trade/Buying. But some client just want to sell their vehicle.
Suggestions:
Have you found time in your schedule to stop by the dealership? We would like to finalize your vehicle inspection?."
Hi I see you are in the car market, are you ready to sell your vehicle?
What did you think about the appraisal value for your vehicle?
Do you still have your vehicle? We are very interested in purchasing on like yours.
Hi again, I hope its not to late to earn your business. We would really like to see the "vehicle" you are selling.

I noticed there are no merge codes for Trade allowance but there is one with the payoff. I would start there!
The system can reference the Trade allowance/ Date allowance was offered/ Estimated market value.
If a client is just selling their vehicle. They most likely have a recent lead uploaded with their vehicle vin/miles/year.
The first response should be:
Hi #Custname#, I'm Ella Strong, the assistant for Sheehy Gaithersburg. I would like to thank you for submitting your online vehicle valuation. Can you tell me if you are looking to trade or sell the #Tradevehicle#. Responded Sell or Trade
If they respond trade, the system should respond with did you find a vehicle that works for you?
If they respond Sell, the system should respond. We are excited to purchase your vehicle. The offer you received shows the market value for your vehicle. We/I would like to set up a final inspection for the highest purchase value. What is your next availability?

If a client is unresponsive:
The system should ask:" Are you still looking to Sell your #Tade/garage+vehicle#. We are very interested. In taking it off your hands
