When we as desk managers send a proposal to a customer, we can email it as the sales person but we cannot text it as the salesperson.

We need a toggle to be able to send the gross from accessories to front or back gross.

When working a deal, would be nice to "roll" a deal for total amount financed while showing a customer both finance and cash options. The only current available option is to "roll" a deal when working a cash deal.

The number of errors and glitches on any given day are crazy while desking a deal.

They are showing collected up front and I would like the option to roll it into the payment instead of collecting it in cap collected up front
