Do all photos go through when email is sent. When I bring the sent email up, the photos are not there?

Michael Weitz Thank you for the feature request! Are you referring to sending an email to a customer and the customer is saying they did not receive the picture and emojis? Or are you looking at the Activity Timeline on the Customer Card and you see the email you sent and it looks like the email was sent however you cannot see the image and emojis? Thank you!

Hi Shelby, When I sent a jpeg photo of myself it did not go through, the words went but the photo and Emoji's didn't???
