Just to make sure we’re scoping it correctly: are you hoping to block profile photo uploads for all staff, or only specific roles/teams? What’s the main driver (branding consistency, privacy/compliance, avoiding inappropriate images, etc.)? And if uploads are disabled, what would you want to display instead on staff profiles (no photo, a default avatar, your logo, something else)?
